They are situated on two different levels, ranging from a studio which sleeps 2, two bedroom which sleeps 4 and three bedroom which sleeps 6.
No need to drive to the next beach, all you need to do is walk down just twelve steps and you will find yourself on a small jetty where you can relax on a
sunbed with an umbrella and admire the spectacular views across the bay where the yachts, ferries and fishing boats sail past the picturesque lights houses.
Alternatively, you simply swim and snorkel across to the closest pebbled beach which is 90m away while you discover the marine life that Kefalonia has to offer.
Guests staying at Zavalata may use the facilities such as swimming pool, snack bar and parking at Porto Fiscardo

It can sleep 2 as a double or twin beds with its own private terrace which has a shade covering equipped with a table and chairs. Laundry facilities are provided on request for small loads at no extra charge.

This two-bedroom self-catering apartment on the waterfront is one level above Georgias at road level, sleeps 4 and comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
The open balcony which has a table with chairs stretches across the length of the apartment and overlooks the bay with external stairs leading to ground level and further down to the sea. Laundry facilities are provided on request for small loads at no extra charge.

This three-bedroom self-catering apartment on the waterfront is on the ground level below road level and next to Nikis studio.
The apartment sleeps six and comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Enjoy eating outdoors on the shaded terrace equipped with table & chairs
while you admire the view of the bay watching the fishing boats and yachts sail by. Terraced area stretches across the length and sides of the apartment.
The external staircase takes you down to the little jetty where you can lie and sunbathe on the sunbeds and umbrella provided. Laundry facilities are provided on request for small loads at no extra charge.
